Payors and Insurance
Rising health care costs in the United States are threatening health
care efficiency and quality. The aging population,
the expense of hospital stays, the availability of new technologies and
the fact that patients prefer to recover at home are all driving forces in the
home health care arena. Governments, managed care companies and
private payors are all seeking cost effective, quality health care solutions.
We at Lee HealthCare have positioned ourselves to deliver those solutions.
For over a decade we have cost-effectively helped our patients and their
families enhance their quality of life.
Private Pay or Insurance
More and more private insurance companies have recognized the benefit of home
care services and are including these services in their policies.
If you need medical services outside the terms of your insurance policy, we
will be happy to work with you and your physician to develop an appropriate
plan of care and deliver the services on a fee basis.
You may also purchase service packages that are not medically based. These
packaged services may include housekeeping, shopping, errands, laundry services,
pet care, lawn care, companion care or many other valuable services.
Medicare
You must be homebound, under the care of a physician, require intermittent
skilled nursing services, physical therapy or speech therapy, and receive
services at your place of residence. Medicare patients are eligible for these
services at no cost to the patient.
